Return Policy

All MendMeShop products come with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee from date of purchase and a 1 year warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in good condition within 60 days. Please include original receipt for a full refund (less shipping/ handling). For overseas orders, this guarantee is extended to 75 days as shipping time can be longer.

To return a unit for a Full Refund

1. Please call us before returning any product. We like to know your unit is coming back.

   * Sending from the USA use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
   DO NOT SEND BY UPS OR FED EX - it takes longer to clear through the border if out of country, and a customs tax will be added that you will be responsible for paying.
3. You may wish to insure your shipment when mailing it. (We do!)
4. On the shipping label, please mark clearly Return for Refund.
5. Please include the name and original shipping address inside the box (sending your receipt is helpful).
6. We will refund the purchase amount of the ultrasound unit when we receive the complete unit back - no questions asked.
7. We will also refund the purchase amount of all unopened ultrasound gels as well.
8. We are not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
